We are thrilled to be offering our first Pacific Northwest retreat!

November is the perfect time to focus on our wellbeing and to set intentions for 2020 before entering the hectic holiday season. 


We'll pair daily workouts with guided personal development, delicious food, time in nature, and free time to relax or visit the on-site spa. 


Our goal is for you to leave this weekend feeling joy, connection, and focus - as well as rejuvenated in body, mind, and spirit.

About the Weekend Content: Aligning Intentions with Actions

This weekend we'll slow down to connect to our Self and consider what's most important to us. We all get swept up in the momentum of the daily routines and tasks of our life. Sometimes we wonder why we're spending time on the things we do - but we're so immersed or overwhelmed we can't quite see another way.


Through guided reflection, activities, and meditations you'll gain awareness and create a map of:

  • Your Core Values

  • Your Personal Vision

  • What you want out of this one wild life

  • Where you'll focus your energy to make it happen

  • Your barriers to success and plans to overcome them

  • The community of support that is always available to you


Think of it as supportive life planning, with a group of women to cheer you on! 


Daily workouts designed to strengthen and energize will leave you feeling healthy and ready to take steps toward your new intentions.  

No need for experience with fitness, personal development, mindfulness, or meditation. We've got you. Just bring your openness to growth and willingness to get a little uncomfortable physically, emotionally, spiritually. We promise, it's going to be FUN!

This weekend you'll enjoy...

Daily Workouts

Enjoy daily kickass Honest workouts led by Paisley that leave you feeling strong and energized. We are pros at accommodating varying fitness levels and injuries. Workouts will be held on site in our private tennis courts, or outside (weather dependent).

Personal Development

Experience daily mindfulness, meditation, guided reflections, and activities led by Rachel to help you connect to and learn about your Self in a safe and supportive environment. We know that all sounds a little vague...but trust us, you'll love this intention setting weekend when you experience it and will leave feeling more focused and aligned.

Sincere Connection

We are all about bringing together amazing women who keep it real to connect, grow, and build meaningful relationships. Magic happens when we show up for each other in this way. We can't wait for you to experience it, and to come away with new friendships.

3 Nights Accommodations

Join us for 3 nights at beautiful Salishan Resort in Oregon, which features a luxury spa (you'll get 10% off as our guest), woodsy natural setting, views of Siletz Bay, swimming pool and hot tub, an on-site recreation center, four on-site restaurants, walking trails, an aerial park, 18 hole golf course, and more amenities for you to enjoy in your down time.

Schedule Overview


November 8

Check-in 4 pm

Welcome at 6:00 pm

Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 pm on Friday.


We'll kick off our weekend together with a relaxing and fun evening to get to know one another, food and a non-hosted bar, and a Welcome Circle.

Saturday & Sunday

November 9 & 10

All Day

We'll start the day off with a morning workout at the on-site indoor tennis courts (or outdoors if weather permits), followed by breakfast and time to get ready for the day. 

We'll share late morning to afternoon together in daily content focused on growth and development and enjoy lunch together. 

Starting at 3:30 pm, you'll have free time to rest, explore, or enjoy time at the spa.


Dinner is available at a number of on-site restaurants. We will make reservations for an optional, non-hosted dinner on Saturday evening at 7 pm at the Harvest Restaurant, which features local, seasonal foods. Both nights you may choose to dine with new friends or take time to yourself at an on-site restaurant or room service.

We will host a closing circle on Sunday beginning at 7 pm.


November 10

Check-out 12 pm

We'll get our booties kicked in one last workout on Monday morning. We'll share breakfast, and a final group circle to send us off. 

Check out is Monday at 12:00 pm

You may choose to extend your stay using our group discount. We find it is helpful to allow solo time for re-entry and integration of learning after a weekend of personal growth if your schedule allows.
